Headbangers Rhythm Royale Takes to the Stage!

It wasn’t too long ago that a Tetris version of the Battle Royale formula sounded obscene. Battle Royales were all about guns and the last-person-standing within an area that was decreasing in size. Since then we’ve seen a Pac Man version, as well as many other interesting takes on the genre. Now, Team 17 and Glee-Cheese are putting their own head-bobbing spin on one of the most popular genres with Headbangers: Rhythm Royale.

Promising to bring “Musical mini-game madness” to the Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S as well as the Xbox One, Headbangers: Rhythm Royale takes the Battle Royale Genre to the next level. In this cross-platform mega-mix, take on twenty-nine other players across four rounds to test your memory, rhythm, reflexes and reaction time.

It wouldn’t be a “Battle Royale” game without the ability to customise your own avatar, and Headbangers delivers on that. With the ability to collect Breadcrumbs as you Headbang through the rounds, you can customise your pigeon with a wardrobe bursting full of outfits, customisations and taunts to unlock to make your victory even sweeter.
